Is GST included in the price? How much is the GST?

GST is not included in the price. The GST is 3.2% if you qualify for the New Housing Rebate. If you are buying the home as an investment, the GST is 5%.

Do I qualify for the GST New Housing Rebate? Do I have to wait for the rebate in the mail?

You qualify for the GST New Housing Rebate if you are going to be using the home as your primary residence. You will assign your rebate to the Seller, so that you only pay the Net GST, and do not have to wait for the rebate in the mail.

Will the homes be landscaped?

Yes, both the front and back yards will be landscaped.

What type of heating do the homes have?

Electric baseboards will be the heating source in the homes at Trails Edge.

Are appliances included in the price?

No, but we do have appliance packages available. Ask your realtor for more information.
